1. The service
NumberDaddy provides access to real mobile, landline, and toll-free phone numbers. SMS and calls sent to a number you own are delivered to your NumberDaddy inbox. By creating an account or purchasing a number, you agree to these terms.
2. Wallet and billing
Numbers are purchased and renewed from your wallet balance. You are responsible for keeping your wallet topped up; if a renewal charge fails because of insufficient balance, the affected number may be suspended or released. All charges are logged in your account's transaction history.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a number at any time from "My Numbers." Cancelling stops future renewals; amounts already charged for the current billing period are not refunded unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Numbers may not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law or the acceptable use policies of our upstream telephony providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Availability
Number availability, activation times, and SMS/call delivery depend in part on third-party telephony carriers. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NumberDaddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
